Returns

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

  • Faulty Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect, we provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Standard Returns: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
