Clean ingredients, great flavor and no sugar
So far, I am loving these! And my hubby, who has traditionally had issues sleeping through the night has done well for the past few days! I have taken aswagandha for the past few years to help lower my cortisol and it has worked. But when I saw this and the addition of the Kava Root, Rhodiola and Lemon Balm this works to calm and take the edge off without knocking you out.
